2. What personal data we process
We aim to minimise the processing of personal data on our website. The site does not actively collect personal data and has no forms, accounts or newsletters.
The following processing may occur:
- Google Maps (optional): If you choose to display the map on our contact page, Google Maps is loaded. This sends your IP address and certain browser information to Google Ireland Limited. The map is not loaded until you actively click "Show map".
- Email contact: If you email us at info@ohsosofo.se, we process the information you provide (e.g. name and email address) in order to respond to your enquiry. Data is not retained longer than necessary.

4. Recipients of personal data
We do not share your personal data with third parties beyond the following:
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Maps) — if you choose to activate the map. Google may process data outside the EU/EEA. Google is certified under EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
5. Retention periods
Email correspondence is kept for as long as the matter is active and thereafter for up to 12 months, unless there is a reason to retain it longer (e.g. for accounting purposes).
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — request that inaccurate data is corrected.
- Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"), where no legal grounds require its retention.
- Restriction — request that processing is restricted in certain circumstances.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Data portability — request your data in a machine-readable format.

7. Right to lodge a complaint

This website does not set any tracking cookies of its own. If you choose
to display Google Maps, Google may set cookies in accordance with its
cookie policy. We store your choice to show the map in the browser's
localStorage solely to avoid showing the consent prompt on
future visits.
